Empathy. Emma is sensitive to the feelings of people around her. She an also broadcast her own feelings to people within close proximity of her, though only to a certain extent. Unbeknownst to Emma, she will give birth to one of the Holy Weapons of Los Angeles. |
Will Roulier's cousin on his mother's side. The story goes that, back when Ris and Jack Roulier were teenagers, they took a trip to Great Britain, to see the sights and all that, Emma's father met a cute English waitress during his stay in London. One thing lead to another, and before the Roulier family back home knew what was going on, Jack Roulier and Tinka von Stefan were in love. Tinka wound up moving to America, and a few years later, they were married and Tinka was with child. ( Jack wound up adopting Tinka's family name. ) Enter Emma, stage left, named after Jack's mother. In the following years, she would be joined by her siblings Belle, Michael, Fulbright, and at present, Tinka finds herself pregnant once again, this time a boy, and expected to be named Jack, Jr. Although Emma was the oldest, Emma was never really the most responsible. She got into trouble a lot as a kid, and the relationship she fostered with her cousin Will only made this worst. The fact that she's clueless didn't make her the best role model for her sister and brothers, too. But, regardless... The von Stefans would eventually settle in California to stay close with Ris, who was just. Odd. Emma thrived in the Californian atmosphere. It was California, what wasn't to love? Sure, she never did too great in school, but she was a sweetheart, and that's what endeared her to people. Emma always told people she wanted to be a fashion designer, and tried coming up with her own outfits at a young age. Most, if not all, of them didn't turn out so great. When she outgrew this phase, she was at a bit of a crossroads: what did Emma want to do with herself? During her high school years, Emma decided to take the direction of her life into her own hands. Always an avid fan of drama and theatre, she joined her school's drama club during her freshman year, but didn't join any plays. Her sophomore year, though, marked Emma's blooming as a person: she auditioned for her high school's rendition of Arthur Miller's The Crucible, where she landed the part of Abigail Williams. The play was a huge success, and Emma found that fashion and gossip wasn't what she wanted to do; she wanted to be an actress. At present, she is enrolled at [insert Cali college here] for her freshman year, and lives in Los Angeles. She dreams of being on Broadway or in Hollywood. |
Really, she fits the "dumb blonde" mold to the letter, except for the blonde part. She's a complete ditz, and is always thinking about the newest fashions, the new guy she's got a crush on, or completely spacing out. Bubbly and energetic, it's not surprising to hear her shout "Omigosh!" every so often. Seriously, she's called the "dumb blonde... except not" for a reason. No wonder she fit in with California so well. But she means well, really. For an actress, she's pretty down to earth. Emma's got a big heart and really tries to look out for the people important to her, particularly her relatives. She's sweet, wears her heart on her sleeve, and likes everyone to be happy: Emma would rather tell a lie to make someone feel better if the truth is too hard to bear, for example. Emma has moral standards as high as the sun; she's never kissed on the first date, ever. |
She was born with her father's blue eyes and blonde hair, but has been dying it red since she was fifteen and hasn't seen a reason to stop. Emma is small of height - she stands at 5'4" - and petite of frame, she's so skinny that it looks like you could snap her like a twig. A part of Emma likes to wear whatever's fashionable, but when it comes to clothes, she isn't terribly picky. Shirts, sweats, pants, skirts - what's more important to her is being comfortable than looking pretty. |
